Payment Terms

Registration Deposit: $1,000 per person required at time of registration
Payment Method: E-transfer to admin@travelsolution.ca
Non-Refundable Amount: $500 per person is non-refundable upon registration
Final Payment: Remaining balance must be paid in full before May 11, 2026
Late Payment: Failure to pay by May 11, 2026 may result in cancellation of booking

Cancellation Policy

15 Days Before Departure: No refund will be provided for cancellations within 15 days of departure for any reason
15-30 Days Before Departure: Partial refund will be provided (subject to airline and hotel cancellation policies)
More than 30 Days Before Departure: Refund will be provided minus the $500 non-refundable deposit and any applicable cancellation fees
Force Majeure: No refund for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.)

Additional Terms

All prices are based on current exchange rates and are subject to change
Travel insurance is highly recommended and not included in the package
Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity required
Saudi visa fee ($199) is additional for Canadian passport holders without existing visa
Accommodation assignments are subject to availability and may change
Package inclusions are as specified and subject to terms of service providers
Al Haramain Ziyarat reserves the right to modify itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances
